I felt very honored to play the role of Kaya-chan's father.

It was a very important government office, so I was very grateful and happy to be asked to play such an important role.

Actually, I haven't appeared in many scary works, but I personally love them, so I was looking forward to the dubbing. It was difficult to deliver the lines for her role, but it was a very rewarding role to play, and I'm glad that I got to play her.

First, I read the original work and got a feel for the atmosphere of this work.

“Mutsumi'' is a strong-willed old woman who is hard to get along with, but I thought she was a person, a reformer, and a “mother'' who lived her life trying to carry the “karma'' and the inescapable fate that the history of the “Ebisu Mori family'' tells us as her own.

I tried to incorporate Mutsumi's way of life into a few lines.

Ever since I was in fifth grade, I've loved short stories by Edgar Allan Poe, scary stories like Natsume Soseki's “Ten Nights of Dreams,'' and ghost stories.

During the summer vacation of my fourth year of elementary school, I drowned in the ocean, and I remember the scariest moment was the moment I realized I was drowning until I was able to get back to the beach on my own.
