Since its start in 2009, Tobu Railway presents ANIMAX MUSIX 2025 YOKOHAMA supported by Lemino (hereinafter referred to as ANIMAX MUSIX) has been an anime music festival with the concept of “bringing the charm of anime music to the world.” Last year we celebrated our 15th anniversary, and this year we have made further progress.
In addition to special collaborations by gorgeous artists that can only be seen here, we have also started the first fan participation project “#MUSIXFANPROJECT'', which includes soliciting song requests, and starting this year, a dance battle for the right to dance in the DJ booth, and a towel promotion project where users choose their favorite words to write on them. The venue, where approximately 10,000 anime music fans gathered, was united, creating a whirlpool of excitement and enthusiasm more than ever before. I would like to tell you about ANIMAX MUSIX.
The top batter is MADKID. The live performance began with “Resolution'' from the TV anime “The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4,'' leading the excitement of the approximately 10,000 anime music fans who were eagerly awaiting the performance. Next, they performed “Mad Pulse'' from the TV anime “DIGIMON BEATBREAK,'' and the excitement in the venue quickly increased.
Next, the 8-member voice actor artist unit DIALOGUE+ appeared. They performed two songs from the TV anime “The Chilling Other World Life of a Former Hero Candidate Who Cheated from Level 2'', “Introduction to Utopia Studies'' and “Joifurusi Ante!''.
At a venue where expectations and enthusiasm intersect, shout out the first corner of a special collaboration unique to ANIMAX MUSIX! SELECTION has started and Shota Aoi x Yoshino Nanjo appear. Sings “TESTAMENT/Nana Mizuki” from the TV anime “Senki Zesshou Symphogear AXZ”.
While the excitement in the venue continued to cool down, Maebashi Witches performed “Connect/ClariS” from the TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica.” When the intro of the song rang out, the venue erupted into excitement.
After the collaboration corner, the character song unit Tenrougun from the TV anime “Bad Girl” will perform two songs in a row, the ending theme “BAD SURPRISE” and the opening theme “Super Big Love!”.
Next up is Rei Nakajima, who will appear on the TV anime “Where is the End of the Train?'' “GA-TAN GO-TON'' and “Okirakuse'' from the TV anime “The fun defense of a carefree lord ~ Turning a nameless village into the strongest fortified city through production magic~'' were performed.
Utahime Dream All Stars enthusiastically sang two songs, “No Gifted'' (TV anime “I Parii Everything ~ The World's Strongest Wants to Become an Adventurer~'') and “I Don't Need a Miracle'' (TV anime “Unemployed Hero ~I Didn't Need Any Skills~'').
HoneyWorks feat.Hakoniwalily is the TV anime “Can friendship between men and women be established? (No, I don't!!)' “Question, What is Love?'', TV anime “It's a workplace where you can't stop smiling''. We deliver two songs, “Absolute Kudo!'' by “Zettai Kudo!''.
CHARACTER SONG SELECTION Part 1 started while the enthusiasm still remained.
The PreCure Singers performed two songs: “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪ Light Up!”, the opening theme song for the TV anime “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪”, and “Trio Dreams”, the ending theme song for the first half.
After that, the secret artist Kimi and the idol PreCure♪ appeared. They performed two songs from the TV anime “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪'': “Kimi to Singaribbon ~PreCure! Kirakiran for You!~'' and the second ending theme song “Kimi to Lulala''.
As the PreCure songs continued, the PreCure Singers x DIALOGUE+ appeared as the second group in the special collaboration and enthusiastically sang “DANZEN! Futari wa PreCure/Mayumi Gojo” from the TV anime “Futari wa PreCure”.
It is a famous song that is the origin of PreCure, and the voltage at the venue was at its peak. While maintaining their enthusiasm, Miharu Hanai from Tenrogun x Yoshino Nanjo x Cure's Kyun & Cure Kiss performed “Awakening Harmony'' (from the TV anime “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪''), captivating the audience.
As we approach the middle of the first half, Kiyono Yasuno appears. They performed two songs for the first time: “Algorithm” (opening theme song for the second season of the TV anime “The Grieving Ghost Wants to Retire”) and “Yannaruwa”.
Next up was Maebashi Witches, who successfully won the right to participate in ANIMAX MUSIX's gateway event “NEXTAGE.” They enthusiastically sang two songs: “Sugo Sugi Maebashi Witches!” and “Shabon Tension!” (TV anime “Maebashi Witches”).
Nao Higashiyama appears just as the heat has yet to cool down. They performed “Touhi no Manimani'' from the TV anime “Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi'' and “Toriyanse'' from the TV anime “Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi 2''. The venue came together in call and response.
From now on, we will be calling it FAN SELECTION Part 1, and will be presenting a series of special collaborations submitted by fans that can only be seen on ANIMAX MUSIX. The first song is KIHOW from MYTH & ROID×ichigo from Kishida Kyodan & THE Myojo Rockets, who will deliver “Pray/Tommy heavenly6”, the first opening theme song for the TV anime “Gintama”. Next, ichigo from Kishida Kyodan & THE Myojo Rockets x ASCA performed “Scarlet Sora/Mami Kawada'' from the first season of the TV anime “Shakugan no Shana'', and HoneyWorks feat.Hakoniwariri x fhána performed “adrenaline!!!/TrySail'' from the TV anime “Eromanga Sensei''. The venue was filled with excitement and the excitement was at its peak.
Next up, fhána is “Runaway World” (TV anime “Runaway Great Mission”), “Parade of Tears” (movie “Kobayashi's Dragon Maid”), “Aozora no Rhapsody” (TV anime “Kobayashi's Dragon Maid”), and “The Circle Of Butterflies/Morfonica” (game “Bandori! They enthusiastically sang four songs from “Girls Band Party!'', marking the end of the first half.

After that, Nao Higashiyama and Kiyono Yasuno delivered “Limmy/Poka Poka Aeon” (TV anime “Behemoth, an S-rank monster, but he is mistaken for a cat and lives as a knight (pet) for an elf girl”).
After the collaboration corner, Shota Aoi performed two songs in a row: “Petsusei Stargate” (TV anime “Phantasy Star Online 2 The Animation”) and “DDD” (TV anime “Future Card Buddyfight Triple D”). In FAN SELECTION Part 3, “Kiyomi Mashiro (CV: Arisa Kihara) / Rin Takagi (CV: Jenna Tomomi Sumi) from Utahime Dream All Stars x Junko Konno (CV: Maki Kawase) from Franchouchou” performed “Touch/Yoshimi Iwasaki” from the TV anime “Touch”. Next, “HiREN (CV: Hanaya) and Maika Sakuragi (CV: Anna Suzuki) from Utahime Dream All Stars” enthusiastically sang “Koga Ninpochou/Onmyoza” from the TV anime “Basilisk ~Koga Ninpochou~”, and the bewitching and powerful melody completely immersed the audience in the worldview of the song. At the end, Rei Nakajima x Kiyono Yasuno performed “Platinum/Maaya Sakamoto'' from the TV anime “Cardcaptor Sakura.'' The venue was filled with warm love and hope.
Now it's time for the second half. Hekiru Shiina appeared and performed “Everlasting Train – Endless Traveler'', “-Akaihana- You're gonna change to the flower'' (both songs from the TV anime “Eden's Bowie''), and “Graduater'', raising the voltage of the venue to the maximum.
In the collaboration corner here, Hekiru Shiina and Shota Aoi passionately sang “Unyielding Wish/Naomi Tamura” from the TV anime “Magic Knight Rayearth.” The venue was buzzing with excitement at the heart-warming collaboration.
Next, Uma Musume Pretty Derby appears. Six people appeared and powerfully performed a sparkling winning live performance, including “Menishuki♡Rashish!” (“Uma Musume Pretty Derby”), “BRIGHTEST HEART” (TV anime “Uma Musume Cinderella Gray”), and “Legend-Changer” (“Uma Musume Pretty Derby”).
OxT performed “Clattanoia” (TV anime “Overlord”), and MYTH & ROID performed “VORACITY” (TV anime “Overlord III”). OxT, MYTH & ROID concluded with two songs, “GO CRY GO” (TV anime “Overlord II”) and “GREATEST GLORIA”.
CHARACTER SONG SELECTION In Part 2, Nao Higashiyama talks about “Mysterious Medical Record/Mai Sakurajima (CV. Masami Seto), Tomoe Koga (CV. Nao Higashiyama), Rio Futaba (CV. Atsumi Tanezaki), Nodoka Toyohama (CV. Maaya Uchida), Azusa Kaede Kawa (CV. Yurika Kubo) and Shoko Makinohara (CV. Inori Minase)” (TV anime “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai”) were performed while conveying the situation at the venue with selfies. Next, Tenrougun said “Won (3)Chu KissMe!/SAKURA*TRICK” (TV anime “Sakura Trick”).
In the final collaboration corner, Tenrougun x Tom-H@ck from OxT, MYTH & ROID performed “GO! GO! MANIAC/Houkago Tea Time” from the TV anime “K-ON!!”.
