The official site of the anime Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter announced the incorporation of four new characters that will debut from episode 5planned for August 2 in Japan. This news comes as the series continues to air as part of the 2025 summer season.
Meet the new characters and their voices
Lisa Leinster will be performed by Ayako Kawasumi (known for her role as Saber in Fate/stay night). It is the dominant mother of Richard, Lydia and Lynne, and who truly controls House Leinster from the shadows. He has a very close relationship with Allen, whom he treats like his own son. Although he has retired, he is still able to effortlessly cast the powerful spell firebird.
Richard Leinster will have the voice of Tatsumaru Tachibana (Magoroku Inui in Fermat Kitchen). It is the heir to the dukedom and older brother of Lydia and Lynne. Although he appears estranged from his sisters, he possesses outstanding skills in fencing and magic, and firmly leads the Imperial Guard. Unlike Lisa, she cannot use the firebird.
Anne will be performed by Saya Horigome. It is about the head of the maidswhose age is a mystery. He is loyal to Lydia and Lynne, and discreetly oversees all the family's internal affairs. She takes special pleasure in dressing Allen with Lydia, and loves seeing the sisters happy when they receive praise.
Gerald Waynlight will have the voice of Toshiya Miyatamember of the idol group Kis-My-Ft2. It's a disgraced princestripped of his right to the throne due to numerous scandals. Still, he retains his title and becomes involved in events that affect Allen and company.

Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter is the anime adaptation of the light novel series by Riku Nakano (story) and Healing (illustrations), released in Japan on July 5, 2025. The anime platform broadcasts the series simultaneously in multiple regions of the world.
The story follows Allenwho after failing the exam to become a court sorcerer, accepts an unexpected job as a private tutor for a duke's daughter. However, the young woman cannot use magic, and soon discovers that behind her condition there are secrets that could change everything.
