Live-action movie “WIND BREAKER” fastest preview screening report

Shimazaki, who took the stage to enthusiastic applause, said with a shy smile, “I wonder if it's okay for me to come as a guest even though it's a movie called “WIND BREAKER''. Immediately, Tsuna exclaimed, “I'm the happiest of anyone here!'' and the temperature in the venue suddenly rose.

Regarding the fact that it was the “fastest preview” to show the film to the audience as early as possible, Tsuna opened the event by saying with a big smile, “I'm so excited! I'm so nervous… But I'm confident that we've created a 'WIND BREAKER' that only we can do. I hope it's a fun time for everyone.” The event opened with a big smile on his face.

On the other hand, Shimazaki, who watched the main story ahead of time, commented on his deep love for the work. “Winbre is a story about protecting the people of the shopping district and the town, so it is convincing to be able to feel the people who live there. The way Sakura finds her place is also very appealing. This is a part that was important in the anime, but the live-action movie is set in the shopping district itself in Okinawa, and is beautiful. The production team worked together to create the world, and it was truly amazing. The actors who played the people in the shopping district were all energetic and wonderful! And the talented cast played the unique characters, which really captured my heart.''

Tsuna also proudly said, “The strength of the art team in the shopping district really shines through in the Bang Bang movie.I hope you can feel the atmosphere in the video,'' exuding his trust in and response to the creation of the work.

Shimazaki plays Suho in the animated version of “WIND BREAKER” and knows everything about the world of the work. When asked about his impressions after watching the live-action depiction of “Another Winbre,” he couldn't help but smile. “Anime is an animation based on the original work, and this live-action movie is the same. However, it was a work and character that I felt so attached to, so it was much more fun than watching a movie I didn't know.It was really interesting to see how strong Soo was (lol). It was amazing that he was recreated in live-action, but above all, he was so strong that it gave me a strange feeling of sympathy, saying, “This is what it would be like in live-action!'''', he said, referring to Suo's strength that you can't help but laugh at.

Those words instantly calmed the audience. Shimazaki further tickled the hearts of fans by revealing some behind-the-scenes stories, saying, “Even in the anime, Sumo is so strong that the entire cast laughs. They're like, “What's this move?!'' and “You don't even sweat or get hurt!?'' (lol).''

Tsuna immediately jumped on board, commenting, “Even in the movie, Suo is the only one with a beautiful face until the very end…No, this is not a spoiler! Suo is too strong (lol).'' Shimazaki continued, “I won't be seriously injured because it's original to the movie! It's faithful to the original!'' The venue was excited by the perfect exchange. Furthermore, when Tsuna revealed, “Everyone was wearing scar makeup, I was the only one who took less time to make up!'', and the audience erupted into laughter.

Tsuna grabbed the microphone again and said with a wry smile, “I'm really nervous! I'm being too stiff…I'm not usually like this, but being next to Mr. Shimazaki makes it even more so…'' Although he couldn't hide his nervousness, he said from the bottom of his heart, “I'm really happy to hear these words directly from the person himself,'' Shimazaki, and Shimazaki quickly followed up with a kind comment, “Tsuna-san is the real person too! I was just given the opportunity to do it first in the anime.'' At that moment, Tsuna replied with a big smile, “Are you sure? You're my brother!!'' and the venue was filled with excitement.

Shimazaki further praised, saying, “It's really amazing! We're only in charge of the voices, but in live-action, you express everything by yourself, including your facial expressions, movements, lines, and voices,” to which Tsuna responded, “No! The ability to convey things with just your voice is truly amazing!”

The venue was filled with warm applause and laughter as the anime and live-action duo praised each other and expressed their love for the characters, and it was truly a dream collaboration that fans had been waiting for.

The topic continued on to the “Oshi scene”. Without hesitation, Tsuna answered, “It's the scene where Sumo beats up Kanuma.'' Referring to the battle with Kanuma from the Shishigashira Ren, which is the enemy of Suho and the Wind Bell, he passionately said, “It's refreshing to see Soho defeat Kanuma after getting so irritated with Kanuma. The way he fights, making people think that he can't stand up to him because he's mentally incompetent, is kind of out of character (lol). It's a scene where Suho's charm really shines through.''

Shimazaki nods deeply at this, and says, “That scene is impressive. He looks cool, but he's actually angry, and he wants to learn from the other person and climb the stairs together… You can clearly see Su's “personality''. The person who was attacked can't stand it (lol), but it's a scene where Su's hot side stands out,'' he added from the perspective of a voice actor, to the excitement of the audience.

On the other hand, regarding the live-action movie's “favorite scene,” Shimazaki picked out the famous scene in which Umemiya, the representative of the Wind Chimes, is working on the farm on the roof of Furin High School.

“I thought it would be like this in a live-action movie. It was interesting to see him working on the rooftop wearing a straw hat (lol)'', he said with a smile, “But I really recommend the battles.Sho's acrobatic way of rolling his opponent around…It was spectacular, both in the anime and the live-action movie.''

He added, “The scenes where the wind blows are also impressive. Since it's a 'WIND BREAKER,' there are many expressions of the wind, and it blows to match the scene and the mood, as if it had an emotion. It must have been difficult to film in such strong winds… I wonder if the scene where Suo stood quietly, didn't make me thirsty or make me want to sneeze (lol),'' he added, making the audience laugh. Tsuna also revealed a behind-the-scenes story from the filming, saying, “Daisei Kido, who plays the role of Yusui, was hit by a storm during a scene in which he was not allowed to blink, and his eyes were completely red after the scene was over.'' The audience was filled with sympathy and laughter.

Speaking of “WIND BREAKER'', one of the highlights is the strong bond with friends. The live-action movie was shot entirely on location in Okinawa over a period of two months, and it is said that the friendships among the cast naturally deepened. Looking back, Tsuna said, “I was in Okinawa all the time, so I went back to the same hotel every day, and my friends were just a few meters away from me, and we ate together. Our bond grew stronger and stronger. When I talk about those days in interviews like this, I realize once again that it was an intense time.''

When Shimazaki asked, “Didn't you feel like you were traveling after being in Okinawa for two months, even when you weren't filming?'' Tsuna answered with a smile, “I went to American Village! On my day off, I went shopping with my friends, and it felt like a theme park. We even took photo booths at purikura (lol).''

Furthermore, Tsuna revealed, “Together with JUNON, Kido Daisei, and Motonori Nakazawa, we spun Winbre's gacha gacha until our characters appeared. I got Sumo right away, but for JUNON, no matter how many thousands of yen I spun, Sugishita didn't come out (lol).'' Shimazaki also agreed, saying, “It's cute, and it looks a little like Sugishita (lol),'' and the venue was filled with heart-warming laughter.

Regarding the bonds formed during the anime dubbing, Shimazaki said, “All the members have been together for a really long time, so it's like, “I'm looking forward to working with you again.'' At the Winbre set, there are many people who are good at a sense of “acting aikido,'' and it's great to receive and give back. They were very good at it.The tempo was fast and smooth, and I had so much fun doing it every time. When I went to the dubbing, I would just skip it (lol),” he said, showing the strong relationship of trust he had with his teammates.

Furthermore, Shimazaki said, “The sound director would say, “Hey, let's start!'' with a bit of fear during the win. We also responded, “Excuse me!'' and it turned out to be a skit similar to “Gekidan Windbreaker'' (lol). It was a wonderful scene where everyone was having fun while working together to create something good,'' he said, conveying the enthusiasm and team love of the whole scene.

Tsuna has always been a big fan of “WIND BREAKER,'' and his favorite is Suho. When asked about the character's appeal, Tsuna enthusiastically said, “It's difficult! I can't summarize it in one word, but… I think he's full of mysteries. He's mysterious, and there are a lot of things that aren't depicted in the original work, but he's strong. He gets angry sometimes… I think he's a character that's packed with elements that will make him popular. His fighting style is cool, too, and that's what makes him so appealing.”

Shimazaki responded, “Obviously he's mysterious, but what I like the most right now is the unexpectedly angry, hot, and wet side behind that.I'm attracted to the humid, hot, and human side of him. That's why I think he resonates with the clumsy Sakura-kun and Urui-kun, too.''

When it came to portraying Somo in live-action, Tsuna said, “It was difficult because it's a character I like. I wanted to convince both myself and the audience, and there was a lot of pressure. I had to make him look smart, his posture, his lines, and especially his fighting style, so he had to look relaxed. If he was too frantic with his movements during the action, it wouldn't be Sumo, so I was more conscious of his facial expressions and acting than his form.''

He also talked about how important the anime was to him, saying, “Even on set, we all used the anime as a reference. We also learned from the acting of our seniors while acting.''

When Shimazaki was asked to give his thoughts on Tsuna's acting as a “senior in the role of Sumo,'' he prefaced this by saying, “I just played Suho in the anime first, and I think he's on the same level.'' He added, “I think it's really difficult to play Suho in a live-action movie. In the anime, he draws on the power of two-dimensionality to make it look cool.'' However, in live-action, you have to act with ease, and even during battles, you have to be natural.Even under such difficult conditions, Tsuna-san's Su Junfei was there. It was clear that Su Yu was working hard not only on the surface but also on the inside.

In response, Tsuna proudly said, “I'm really excited…I'm so confident that you can watch it now!'' Furthermore, Shimazaki excited the audience's expectations by saying, “The production of “Sumo Time'' was also interesting. When you watch the movie, you will understand that there will always be “Sumo Time''!''
In the second half of the event, the excitement in the venue reached an even higher peak. Suddenly, “Suha-tai'' dressed in Suhao's costume entered the venue, surprising the venue.

“They're not in either the anime or the live-action movie! (lol)” They were confused, but the two ended up surrounded by the Suha-tai. Shimazaki then declared with a serious expression, “I would like to send these words of encouragement to everyone so that the movie Suho will be loved even more from now on.'' As the venue held its breath, Suo's famous line, “Come, let's climb the stairs of adulthood with me!'' was performed live.

Tsuna, a Suho fan, was excited by this, saying, “Eguieguiegui!!!” Although Shimazaki blushed and said, “It's embarrassing!”, the venue was filled with laughter and cheers. Tsuna was overjoyed, saying, “I'm really happy! I've always wanted to hear it live! But I thought it would be rude, so I held back. I never thought I'd be able to hear it live!” The wonderful surprise of the two, filled with love for Suo, was an unforgettable moment for fans.

At the end of the event, the two sent messages to fans who are looking forward to the movie's release.

Shimazaki said, “I met Tsuna-san for the first time today, and I was happy to see that the actor who plays the same role is friendly and pleasant,'' and added, “I hope that as part of the Winbre family, we can all get along and have fun together, enjoy the same content with people who like it, and someday make a continuation of the anime, a second movie, or even a TV drama. I would like you to watch “WIND BREAKER''. Even as a customer, I felt that it was made with a lot of love and care.It is a heartwarming movie that will make you smile, so please enjoy it.Please continue to support “WIND BREAKER'' and Suho!

Tsuna went on to say with joy, “It was a truly luxurious and happy time!'' and revealed that each of them was wearing a different colored tassel earring in one ear, which was worn by Suho.

“Originally, I was planning to wear it in both ears, but at Mr. Shimazaki's suggestion, I decided to wear it in one ear. I'm really happy and truly honored,'' she said with a heartwarming anecdote. In closing, Tsuna gave a powerful message, saying, “While this movie is based on the goodness of the original work, it is also a drama that takes advantage of the human expressions that can only be seen in live action. It is a warm and passionate work, so if you like it, I would be happy if you spread the word to the people around you and let them have fun together!''

The venue was filled with excitement as W Soo's smiling face filled the venue. It was an unforgettable and exciting event for fans.
