The series Undead Unluck surprised fans by announcing a one hour special episodewhich is scheduled to premiere on winter 2025. Along with a teaser trailer and a new promotional image, it was revealed that the episode will feature a new director and will be produced by a different studio than the first season.

This episode will feature a completely original story written by Yoshifumi Tozukaauthor of the manga. Additionally, Tozuka designed a new UMA creature that will appear exclusively in this special. The announcement was made on August 1date on which the first meeting between the protagonists is commemorated Fuuko and Andy.

A new team for an unpublished story
The direction and storyboards will be in charge of Sung Hoo Park (Jujutsu Kaisen) under his own studio E&H Production.
