The anime's official website Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You (Dōse, Koishite Shimaunda.also known as KoiShima) has confirmed that his second season will premiere in 2026 through Japanese channels TBS and BS11. The long-awaited continuation will once again be under the direction of Junichi Yamamotowho already directed the first season.

Along with the announcement, two new promotional illustrations were revealed: a general image of the season and a character visual that presents the protagonists already converted into adults, suggesting an important time jump in the plot.

A romance that conquered thousands of fans
The first season of the anime premiered on January 9, 2025 and was broadcast on Crunchyroll with subtitles and English dubbing for multiple regions, including America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The animation was in charge of Typhoon Graphicswhile the creative team included Yu Murai and Nagisa Nario in the scripts, Io Shiiba in the character design, and the music was composed by Keiji Inaiknown for his work in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?.
A manga that never stops growing
The original story was written and illustrated by Haruka Mitsui and began to be published in the magazine Nakayoshi of Kodansha in October 2020. To date, the manga has more than 1.25 million copies in circulation and his volume 12 will be published in Japan on August 12, 2025.
Kodansha USA Publishing distributes the manga in English, and its ninth volume in physical format is scheduled for December 30, 2025.
