The second season of Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spiritsbased on the light novel series written by Midori Yuma and illustrated by Laruhahas revealed his first trailer and one new promotional image. The announcement confirms that the premiere will take place in October 2025 in Japan.
Opening theme and return of main vocals
The opening theme, titled “Toryan”will be interpreted by Nao Toyamawho gives voice to Aoi Tsubakithe protagonist of the story. The song has composition, lyrics and arrangements by Masayoshi Oishivocalist of the duo OxTand its launch in physical and digital format is scheduled for November 5.
A renewed team for the continuation
In this new season, the direction will be in charge of Joe Yoshizakitaking over from the first installment, with the production of the studios GONZO and Makaria. Tomoko Konparu returns as head writer, while Hidemi Katsura joins as character designer. Takuro Iga returns to be in charge of musical composition.
A story between romance and the supernatural
The plot follows Aoia young woman capable of seeing spirits known as ayakashi. After the death of her grandfather, an ogre confronts her demanding payment of an old family debt. Her proposal is unusual: marry him. Rejecting the offer, Aoi decides to pay off the debt by working at the Tenjin-ya inna place that caters to all types of creatures from the spirit world.
