The long-awaited anime adaptation of the manga A Star Brighter than the Sun has revealed a flurry of news. The series, based on the romantic shojo work by Kazune Kawaharawill be released in Japan on October 2 through the chain Tokyo Broadcasting System.
News about the cast and musical theme

The announcement was accompanied by a new trailera promotional illustration and the incorporation of new members to the cast:

- Hisui Onodera – voice of Hina Yomiya
- Yota Ayukawa – voice of Taito Ban
- Mio Kagawa – voice of Mutsumi Tamura
- Yushin Izawa – voice of Ryota Osaka
The opening theme will be titled Stellar Days and will be interpreted by Motohiro Hatawith a preview included in the official trailer.
