The long-awaited anime adaptation of the manga A Star Brighter than the Sun has revealed a flurry of news. The series, based on the romantic shojo work by Kazune Kawaharawill be released in Japan on October 2 through the chain Tokyo Broadcasting System.
News about the cast and musical theme
The announcement was accompanied by a new trailera promotional illustration and the incorporation of new members to the cast:
- Hisui Onodera – voice of Hina Yomiya
- Yota Ayukawa – voice of Taito Ban
- Mio Kagawa – voice of Mutsumi Tamura
- Yushin Izawa – voice of Ryota Osaka
The opening theme will be titled Stellar Days and will be interpreted by Motohiro Hatawith a preview included in the official trailer.

The project management is in charge of Aya Kobayashi in Studio Kaiwith Yasuhiro Nakanishi supervising the composition of the series. The character design signs it Jinfeng Zengwhile Natsumi Tabuchi and Miki Sakurai they make up the soundtrack.
