During his panel at Anime NYC, Netflix revealed an English dubbed trailer for the second part of the anime Sakamoto Daysbased on the manga Yuuto Suzuki. The trailer shows the beginning of the JCC Exams arcwhich officially began with episode 17.
Release and broadcast dates
Episode 17 of the anime premiered in Japan on August 11 through Netflix, while its television broadcast and international launch on the platform arrived on August 14. The second part of the series began to be broadcast on TV Tokyo and affiliated channels July 14. It should be noted that, except for episode 12, most chapters have had release differences between television and streaming.
Production team and musical themes
The direction is in charge of Masaki Watanabe (KADO: The Right Answer, Bartender) under the animation of TMS Entertainment. The scripts are supervised by Taku Kishimoto (BLUELOCK, Haikyu!!, Moriarty the Patriot), while Yo Moriyama is in charge of character design.

The plot follows Taro Sakamotoa former legendary assassin who decided to retire after falling in love, getting married and starting a family. Now he leads a seemingly quiet life as the owner of a neighborhood store, but his past constantly haunts him.
With humor and action, the work shows how Sakamoto fights to protect his loved ones while facing new threats.
