The anime's official website Kaiju No. 8based on the manga Naoya Matsumotoannounced the arrival of three new voice actors for its second season:
- Yuko Kaida will play Jura Igarashicaptain of the Second Division.
- Shunsuke Sakuya will give voice to Shugo Ogatacaptain of the Fourth Division.
- MAO will be Toko Kirinomorithe deputy commander of the Fourth Division.
Second season details
The new season premiered in TV Tokyo and affiliated networks July 19. In addition, it is broadcast in real time worldwide on X (formerly Twitter)and Crunchyroll offers it with subtitles and English dubbing.
Previously, the July 5the special episode aired “Hoshina's Day Off” in Japan at 16:00 hours in Spainalso available as a global simulcast.
