2.5 Dimensional Seduction has been one of those mangas that found its place in Shonen Jump+ with a light, fun proposal full of fanservice, managing to hook more than 1.7 million readers around the world. Now, after more than five years of uninterrupted publication, the work of Yu Hashimoto faces its final stretch with an arch entitled “Tenshi no Manimani”which will mark the outcome of the story of Lilysa and company.
The final arc is already underway
In chapter 194 of the manga, Shueisha officially confirmed that 2.5 Dimensional Seduction has entered its final narrative arc. This stage, named “Tenshi no Manimani” (At the whim of an angel), promises to bring a complete closure to the story that began in 2019 and that until today has established itself as one of the most constant titles within the publisher's digital platform.
A successful journey
The manga debuted in 2019 and has maintained a solid pace since then, accumulating 24 volumes compilations for October 2025. It currently exceeds 1.7 million copies in circulation, a notable achievement considering that it is a title that, initially, seemed destined for a much smaller niche. Its mix of romantic comedy, cosplay and light drama ended up conquering a loyal community of followers.

The popularity of 2.5 Dimensional Seduction It grew even more with the premiere of its anime adaptation in July 2024. The animated series lasted for two consecutive cours, that is, half a year in continuous broadcast. At the moment, HIDIVE is in charge of its international distribution, both in Japanese with subtitles and in a english dubbing. The good reception of the anime already guaranteed a second seasonwhich will continue to expand the work beyond manga.
