Everything is ready for the premiere of “Mieruko-chan” in live-action! After the revelation of the first promotional video and the premiere date of June 6, more exciting details have now been released. The official site has shared the first full trailer, the final poster and a “making-of” video, in addition to announcing that the main song will be Ghost by the Korean group BABYMONSTER.



As for the cast, Nanoka Hara (from Suzume and the live-action Oshi no Ko) will be in charge of giving life to Miko Yotsuya. Joining her will be Rinka Kumada as Hana Yurikawa, Naenano as Yuria Niguredouand many others, including the group SixTONES with Taiga Kyomoto playing Zen Tohno. In addition, the director and screenwriter will be Yoshihiro Nakamuraknown for Fish Story and A Boy and His Samurai.

- Tomoki Izumi manga publication began “Mieruko-chan” via digital service ComicWalker of Kadokawa in November 2018, where it continues in serialization. The work has reached more than 85 million views, with more than three million copies in circulation in Japan. The anime adaptation was produced by Passione studios and aired in the Fall 2021 period. Although the series was well received, a sequel has yet to be announced.
- The story focuses on Miko Yotsuya, a girl who, since one fateful day, becomes the only person capable of seeing invisible monsters that walk among humans. To continue with her school life, Miko decides to ignore them, although she sees them lurking around her, even interfering with the lives of her friends, such as her best friend Hana Yurikawa.
