The Zombie Land Saga movie will hit 4DX theaters


The production team Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise announced that the film will feature functions in 4DX format from the November 21 in select theaters in Japan. Along with the announcement, a new promotional poster was revealed that highlights the project's signature energy.

The film was released on October 24 and managed to position itself in the eighth place at the Japanese box office during its first weekend, grossing 97,269,200 yen (approximately $638,800) in its first three days. The film features the return of the main cast, while Daisuke Ono joins the cast as the new character Naomasa Amabuki.

The return of the zombie idols

the saga Zombie Land Sagaproduced by MAPPA, Avex Pictures and Cygamesoriginally debuted in October 2018 with a mix of comedy, music and zombies that quickly gained popularity. Its sequel, Zombie Land Saga Revengepremiered in April 2021 and maintained the same irreverent and emotional tone.

In addition to the animated adaptations, the franchise also inspired a theatrical work presented in the Sōgetsu Hall in Tokyo in September 2020, as well as the spin-off manga Zombie Land Saga Gaiden: The First Zombiecreated by character designer Kasumi Fukagawa and published between 2021 and 2022.
