Kadokawa announced that the anime Bungo Stray Dogs Wan!the comic spin-off based on the franchise Bungo Stray Dogswill have a second season titled Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! 2. The premiere is scheduled for 2026.
The main cast will return with the following performers:

Management will once again be in charge of Toshihiro Kikuchi (Vinland Saga, Great Pretender) in the studies BONES and nomadwith Yuudai Hanaoka (The Gorilla God's Go-To Girl) as assistant director. The composition of the series will be in charge of Tohko Machida (Lucky Star, Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider), while Hiromi Daimi (Re:CREATORS, Dropkick on My Devil!) returns as character designer.
The technical team also includes Azusa Sasaki in color design, Hibiki Nagatomo (Cosmo Project) as art director, Taku Iwasaki in musical composition, Lantis in music production and Kazuhiro Wakabayashi as bass sound director Glovision.
About the manga and the original franchise
the manga Bungo Stray Dogs Wan!created by Kanainekobegan its publication in Young Ace Up! of Kadokawa in December 2015 and currently has 14 volumes published. The story presents the characters from the main saga in SD versions, starring in comic scenes and absurd situations.
For its part, the original work Bungo Stray Dogswritten by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawadebuted in Young Ace in December 2012. Its first anime adaptation premiered in 2016 and since then it has accumulated five seasonsall available in Crunchyroll.
