Bandai Namco Filmworks announced that the manga Kindergarten Warswritten and illustrated by Yu Chibawill be adapted into a television anime. To commemorate the announcement, the author shared a special illustration.
Main cast
The project will feature the voices of Atsumi Tanezaki (Sousou no Frieren) as Rita and Kentarou Kumagai (Dungeon Meshi) as Doug.
Manga career
The work began to be published in the application and website Shonen Jump+ in September 2022. To date, Shueisha has published fifteen compilation volumes, the most recent being released on August 4. The manga entered its final arc in March and exceeds 1.7 million copies in circulation.
