The publisher Shufu to Seikatsu Sha announced that the manga Ikyo no Tsumenuri Minarai (Apprentice Nail Artist in a Foreign Land), written by Marukawawill receive an anime adaptation. The statement did not specify the format of the project.
The series began in the magazine Comic PASH! in 2022. To date, it has five compiled volumes published, the most recent being released on January 10. The sixth volume is scheduled to premiere next Friday.
The plot follows Keiko Saharaan office worker who is fond of designing gel nails. After being transported to a world where magic comes from nail art, her talent is discovered by a magical artist, who makes her his apprentice.
