The publisher Pony Canyon announced that the manga Hanaori-san wa Tensei Shitemo Kenka ga Shitaiof Hekiru Hikawayou will receive a anime adaptation with premiere confirmed for 2026. The project also presented its first visual teaser and revealed its official international title: Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life.

A peculiar manga that will make the leap to anime
The story of Hanaori-san follows its protagonist in a context of reincarnation, but with a comic twist: even in his new life, what he wants most is to continue fighting. This distinctive approach has made it a title with its own personality within the catalog of Kodansha.

The work began to be published in August 2021 in the magazine Morning two from Kodansha. The first compilation volume was released in February 2022 and, to date, the series will reach its eighth volumescheduled to be published next Monday.

The author is already known for Pani Ponimanga published between 2000 and 2011 in the magazine Monthly G Fantasy from Square Enix, which also inspired an anime adaptation.
