Shuumatsu Touringthe peculiar manga of Sakae Saitou where two girls travel through a devastated world on a motorcycle, already has a date for its television premiere. During the Aniplex Online Fest It was confirmed that the series will debut on October 4 in Japan, broadcast in Tokyo MX, BS11, Nagoya TV and other regional chains.

To the delight of fans outside of Japan, Crunchyroll announced that it will broadcast the series on Latin America, Europe and English-speaking countries. In addition, a preview was presented with scenes from the first two episodes, which will also have an early screening on September 23 in Yokohama Burg 13.
Staff and delivery
The project is in the hands of the studio Nexuswith Yoshinobu Tokumoto (Darwin's Game) in the direction and Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken) in charge of the scripts. Usaku Myouchin takes care of the character design, while the music is provided by Kenichiro Suehiro (Re:ZERO). The series will feature the voices of Konomi Inagaki like Youko and Miyu Tomita like Airi.
A trip in the middle of the end of the world
The story follows two girls who, after the collapse of civilization, decide to tour a post-apocalyptic Japan on a motorcycle. More than surviving, they seek to enjoy the beauty of the landscapes, the remains of the past and each other's company in an empty world. A mix of slice of life and science fiction that promises a melancholic but hopeful tone.
Shuumatsu Touring was originally published in Dengeki Maoh in 2020 and to date has seven compiled volumes. Its author, Sakae Saitō, is also known for drawing the manga derived from Super Cubas well as the adaptation of Katana Maidens: Toji no Miko.
