Reincarnated as the Daughter anime sets premiere for October


The anime adaptation of the light novel series Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits has confirmed its premiere in Japan for October 5, 2025. Along with the date, a new trailer, key art, the presentation of two additional characters and details of the musical themes that will accompany the story were shared.

New voices and official themes

The cast adds to Masaaki Mizunakawho will voice Ravisel, now Shoya Chibawho will play Gadiel. In the musical section, kaho will perform the opening theme titled “Mahou” (“Magic”), while Yui Nishio will be in charge of the ending with the song “Family”. Both tunes can be heard in the recently released trailer.

Origins of the work and production

The light novels of Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits They were originally published between September 2016 and November 2020 on the portal Shōsetsuka ni Naro. Subsequently, Fujimi Shobo released a 9-volume print edition under the imprint Kadokawa Books. The story is written by Matsuura and illustrated by keepout.

The direction of the anime is in charge of Toshinori Fukushima in the studio JCStaff. The composition and script fall to Toko Machidawhile Mina Oosawa design the characters.

The new promotional image shows the protagonist Ellen Vankrieft unleashing an orb of brilliant magic, while in the background appear his parents hugging, Rovel wielding his sword, and the characters Ravisel and Gadiel with contrasting expressions.

The story follows Ellena young woman who reincarnates from modern Japan as a half-spirit. His father is Rovel, the legendary hero who saved the kingdom, and his mother, Origin, is the primordial queen of all spirits. Gifted with enormous power to manipulate the elements, Ellen will use both her memories of her past life and her new abilities to protect her family.
