The anime adaptation of the light novel May I Ask for One Final Thing?written by Nana Otori and illustrated by Satsukipresented a new trailer with several new features. Among the most notable announcements, it was confirmed that the series will premiere on October 3, 2025 in Japan (04:00 hours on October 4 in Spain).
The video also revealed the artists responsible for the main songs: CHiCO with HoneyWorks will perform the opening theme titled “Senjo no Hana”while Shiyui will be in charge of the ending “Lower”.
Production team behind
The anime is being produced by Liden Films Kyoto Studio under the direction of Kazuya Sakamoto. The script is written by Deko Akao, Eriko Haga design the characters and Hinako Tsubakiyama composes the soundtrack. Besides, Crunchyroll confirmed that it will broadcast the series internationally in October.
Story of revenge and elegance
The plot follows scarleta young noblewoman who, during a dance, is publicly humiliated when her fiancé, Kylecancels the engagement and falsely accuses her of being an abuser. Branded a “villain” and despised by the aristocracy, Scarlet decides to put an end to the years of abuse. His “last favor” will be nothing less than giving Kyle a forceful punch in the face.
From there begins a story of rematch and overcomingwhere Scarlet shows that she's not willing to let anyone walk all over her.
