During a live broadcast dedicated to the franchise Uma Musumea new trailer was revealed for the animated adaptation of the manga Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray of Taiyo Kuzumi. The video presents the “international rivals” that will debut in the second of the anime, scheduled to premiere in October 2025.
New characters and cast
The production also shared new character visuals along with the actresses who will voice them:

Furthermore, it was confirmed that the band 10-FEET will perform the opening theme of this second part.
Issue details
The first part of the anime premiered on April 6, 2025 on TBS and 27 affiliates, airing for two seasons with a break in between. The second part will also be broadcast on the channel It's Anime FAST of Samsung TV Plus in North America and on various international platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Anime Onegai in Latin America and DNA in several European countries.

The manga of Taiyo Kuzumi It began publication in Weekly Young Jump in June 2020. Shueisha released its 20th compilation volume on June 18, 2025. The work went on hiatus on June 5 to prepare its final arc and returned on July 17. The story focuses on Oguri Cap as protagonist.
Franchise expansion
The franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby It already has three seasons of anime, the special Road to the Topthe spin-off Umayon and the movie Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Shinjidai no Tobirareleased in May 2024.
