During the panel To Your Eternity at Anime NYC it was confirmed that the pop group Perfume will perform the opening theme of the long-awaited third season of the anime. Besides, Crunchyroll announced the broadcast of a new documentary titled The Roots of To Your Eternityavailable worldwide (except Japan) from the August 29.
The third season of To Your Eternity will premiere in October 2025 through the NHK General channel in Japan, while Crunchyroll will transmit it to the rest of the world.
New and old faces in the cast
The cast will once again feature Reiji Kawashima like Fushi and Kenjiro Tsuda like The Observer. Among the returns stand out Tomori Kusunokiwho will now give voice to Mizuhaan outstanding student in academics and sports, and Megumi Hanwho will play Yūki Aokivice president of the Occult Research Club. Besides, Yumiri Hanamori joins as the mysterious Satoru.

- Chiharu Sawashiro as Senba Suzuhiko

Production staff and what it is about
The direction will be in charge of Sōta Yokotein his debut as lead director under Drive and STUDIO MASSKET studios. Kiyoko Sayamadirector of the second season, will assume the role of chief director. Returning members include Shinzō Fujita (scripts), Koji Yabuno (character design), Ryo Kawasaki (musical composition) and Takeshi Takadera (sound direction).
The third season will cover the arc “This World”following the evolution of Fushi and his new ties in a completely different setting. This delivery was announced in March 2023.
