Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right Anime Adds Kotono Mitsuishi


The anime production team Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right (Chanto Suenai Kyūketsuki-chan), based on the manga Kyosuke Nishikiannounced that the veteran voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi will play Misuzu Kirimine. The news was accompanied with a special character video.

A premiere scheduled for October

The series will air from October 2025 in chains like Tokyo MX, Kansai TV, BS Asahi and AT-Xin addition to various streaming platforms such as U-NEXT. The anime will feature a prominent cast led by:

  • Minami Tanaka as Moon Ishikawaa second-year female vampire unable to suck blood properly.
  • Kenshō Ono as Tatsuta Ōtoria classmate who discovers Luna's secret and becomes her “mom” to help her practice.
  • MAO as Eiko Sakuma.
  • Ikumi Hasegawa as Misa Kusunoki.
  • Katsumi Fukuhara as Daichi Chiba.
  • Yūya Hirose as Satoru Deguchi.
  • Shion Wakayama as Maimi Suzuki.
  • Konomi Inagaki as Yui Hashimoto.
  • Ayasa Ito as Yukari Henmi.

Production and music team

The direction is carried out by Sayaka Yamai (Dungeon People, Fantasy Bishōjo Juniku Ojisan to) in the studio feel.. The scripts are supervised by Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream!, given), while the character design is the work of Takuya Tani (Muv-Luv Alternative). The soundtrack will be composed by Tomoki Kikuya (Hidamari Sketch), with musical production by Lantis.

The opening, titled “Seishun no Silhouette”will be performed by the group H△Gwhile the ending, “Senkō Hanabi”will have the collaboration of Minami Tanakavoice of the protagonist.

From pages to anime

Nishiki's manga debuted in the magazine Monthly Dragon Age in May 2021 and has eight volumes published until April 2025. The work was completed last August 8although it will have a three-episode spin-off in the magazine's November issue. The ninth and final compiled volume will be released in October 2025.

Kadokawa publishes the work in Japan and also released chapters in digital format in BookWalker Global from the June 20. In the West, Yen Press licenses the manga under the same title, having published its first volume on July 22, 2025.
