The television adaptation of the manga Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai (“It is not possible to be in a romantic comedy with a childhood friend”) continues to generate expectation. This time a new promotional art was revealed along with the presentation of one more member of its cast. The voice actress Yu Serizawarecognized for her role as Kaname Arisugawa in TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for Youwill play Akari Hiodoshichildhood friend of the protagonist Eeyuu.

Details of the manga and anime production
The original manga, written by Shinya Misuhas been published since March 2022 in the application Magazine Pocket of Kodanshaaccumulating to date 16 compilation volumes. The production of the anime is in charge of Tezuka Productions and is scheduled to premiere in Japan in 2026. For now, no further details about its broadcast have been released.
