The next sequel series Yoroi Shin Den Samurai Troopers has released an updated teaser trailer that hints at the addition of new heroes to the cast. Although the characters still remain shadowy, only the initials of their voice actors have been revealed so far. The series will debut in Japan in January 2026.
Samurai Troopers Production Details and Legacy
This new installment continues the story of the original anime Samurai Troopers (1988-1989) and is directed by Yoichi Fujita in it Sunrise studio. The composition of the series is in charge of Shogo Mutowhile Yuhei Murota is in charge of character design and Hideo Okamoto of armor design. The soundtrack will be created by Shuji Katayama (Team-MAX).
The story continues: the return of ancient evil
