The anime Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! delays its premiere until 2026


The official website for the anime adaptation of “Go For It, Nakamura-kun!!” has confirmed that the series will not premiere in 2025 as originally planned. Instead, the romantic comedy will begin airing in some point in 2026due to circumstances related to production.

The series will be broadcast by a renowned anime platform simultaneously with its broadcast in Japan, although at the moment a specific date has not been confirmed.

An experienced creative team

The direction of the series is in charge of Aoi Umekiknown for his work on the first season of Pop Team Epicwho also designs the characters for this adaptation. The study commissioned is Drivewith Naoki Yoshibe as assistant director.

The composition of the series is in the hands of Yasuko Aokiresponsible for Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sisterwhile the soundtrack will be the work of Ayana Tsujitawho worked in The Demon Prince of Momochi House.

A wait that will surely be worth it

With such a promising team behind the project, fans can expect an adaptation on par with the popular original manga, although now they'll have to be a little more patient.
