A leak confirmed that the manga written by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara, Fist of the North Star (Hokuto no Ken), will have a new anime project in commemoration of the fortieth anniversary of the original manga, which was fulfilled this year. It has since expanded into a media franchise that includes several anime films, a live-action film, OVAs, video games, and a series of spin-offs focusing on other characters from the original story. Synopsis of Fist of the North Star
In the year 19XX, after being betrayed and left for dead, the brave warrior Kenshirou wanders through a post-apocalyptic wasteland in search of his rival, Shin, who has kidnapped his beloved fiancée Yuria. During his journey, Kenshirou makes use of his lethal form of fighting, the Hokuto Shinken, to defend the defenseless from bloodthirsty looters. His exploits soon attract the attention of larger enemies, such as warlords and rival martial artists, and Kenshirou finds himself in more trouble than he bargained for.
Hokuto Shinken’s successor is forced to put his skills to the test to recover what he loves most. And as these new challenges arise and the battle against injustice intensifies, specifically his conflict with Shin and the rest of the Nanto Seiken martial arts school, Kenshirou gradually transforms into the savior of an irradiated and violent world. .
