The official site of the anime A Returner's Magic Should Be Special (Kikansha no Mahō wa Tokubetsu Desu) published a new promotional video for its second season. The trailer confirms that the sequel will be released at some point in 2026 and will be available worldwide through Crunchyroll.
The video, in addition to showing brief scenes from the next season, recalls the events of the first part broadcast on October 2023. The series was broadcast on Crunchyroll in English-speaking regions, Latin America and Europe, including their respective dubbing into Spanish and English.

The original work began as a web novel written by Usonanpublished between 2016 and 2019 in Kakao Page. Later, the artist Wookjakga began an adaptation to the format webtoon in May 2018, which achieved great popularity within South Korea and other international platforms.
