“Summer Pockets Memory” is a retrospective corner where you can hear everything from behind-the-scenes stories to anime memories.

The evening performance started with the audience responding, “How are you!” to Umi, played by Aimi Tanaka, calling out in the shadow narration, “How are you, dad?”

Next, Mr. Shiraishi appeared on stage while calling out to Shiroha. When she held up Shiroha's Aksuta and said, “I'm looking for a girl like this,'' the venue erupted in laughter.

As Mr. Shiraishi continued to look for Shiroha, Mr. Obara and Mr. Tanaka suddenly appeared from behind the audience seats. Mr. Kai, who wrote the original scenario, and Mr. Nakajima, the producer, were accompanied by migratory birds, and they went up to the stage while cheering for the audience.

The hosts this time are Mr. Ohara and Mr. Shiraishi, who were the MCs together on the web radio program “Naruse Family Dining Table''. Immediately, at Mr. Obara's call, the seven cast members are assembled, including Mr. Chiba, Mr. Takamori, Mr. Hieda, Mr. Iwai, Mr. Kumagai, Mr. Hamada, and Mr. Hanazawa, who will be a guest only for the evening performance.

Mr. Chiba and Mr. Ohara, who are self-confessed fans of Mr. Hanazawa, created an atmosphere that was different from the usual “Summer Poke'' events, and when the customers behaved a little better, they commented, “Don't go outside!''

The first corner of the event was “Summer Pockets Memory.” This is a corner where we look back at the best scenes for each character selected by the production team, with a focus on the cast.

The characters selected for the night performance and the daytime performance are different, but the top batter for the night is Kobato Naruse, played by Shiraishi. The featured scenes were so strong that I laughed out loud just by announcing them.

In fact, it seems that it is rare for Mr. Shiraishi to play an elderly character, and he mentioned that he was anxious before recording.

Next is a selection scene of Shiroha played by Mr. Ohara. This is also a secret episode, and in fact, when the anime version's PV was released, Mr. Ohara said that he wanted to convey the clumsiness of the line, “I didn't forget the glare,'' so he used the line from when the game was recorded.

Furthermore, since it has been a while since the anime was recorded since the game was recorded, he also revealed that when he recorded the first episode of the anime, he was told, “I want you to go back to how it was back then because you've gotten too good.'' In the end, he said, “Rather than bringing it back, I played it so that Shiroha's voice would be more authentic.''

The third one is a select scene of Nanami played by Hanazawa. It seems that he actually appeared a little earlier as a narrator, but he first appeared as a character in episode 7. He recalls that when he received an offer to play a game, he felt like he was being tested because the character was the core of the work.

He also talked about the dubbing process, saying that unlike the game, the anime was recorded with everyone, so he talked with Shiroha on set, had Shiroha express a lot of his emotions, and carried out the play together while thinking delicately.

At the end, a select scene of Umi, played by Tanaka, is announced. At this point, Chiba mentioned the key visual of the work, saying, “I thought it was an illustration that was reaching out to the viewer, but I was surprised to find out that Haori and Shiroha were looking a little lower, and that they were actually reaching out to Umi-chan.''

Umi no Monogatari touches on the core of the work, so when the anime started, Tanaka was only able to say, “I'm just a relative's child,'' and was excited about when he would be able to say it again. However, once the program went on air and he was able to say something, he had so many things he wanted to say that he couldn't think of anything to say.

In the scene with Shiroha in the final episode, Mr. Obara and Mr. Tanaka put all their effort into recording, saying, “Everything has been done for this purpose,'' and they went into the recording with the intention of finishing it no matter how many retakes they received. However, on the contrary, he was chosen on the first try and revealed that he wanted to do more.

Next was a section with readings performed by women.
Here, the story of “A world line in which Uyori conquered four people at the same time'' is developed as an outrageous IF story. The venue was filled with laughter from start to finish as the participants exchanged lines when they were confessed to each other and fought each other to show how loved they were.

After the reading, Chiba awkwardly returned to the stage and commented, “I'm taking everyone seriously.'' One of the women said, “Hayori this summer is a little…'', causing laughter once again.

An unexpected turn of events: “I went to Quiz Tori Shirashima,'' a moving reading drama and live performance.

At this point, the moderators passed the baton to Mr. Chiba and Mr. Ohara, and we moved on to the “Quiz Tori I went to Shirashima'' corner. In this corner, a video of Mr. Chiba and Mr. Ohara who went to Naoshima, which is the model for Torishirashima, will be played, and quizzes taken from the scenes will be asked.

The same corner will be held in the afternoon session, and the points will be handed over.

Mr. Kumagai and Mr. Hamada's “Sashizume Shonendan” received 2 points.
0 points for “Sashizume Heroines” by Takamori, Hieda, and Iwai
2 points for “Sashizume Ore wa Umi-chans,” which includes Tanaka, Shiraishi, and Hanazawa.

We will start from this situation.

In addition, host Chiba said, “During the afternoon session, there was misconduct by (Mr. Ohara) out of love for Umi-chan, so we will crack down on it strictly,'' which caused laughter. By the way, the winning team will receive a travel ticket to Torishima Island (Naoshima), so everyone seems to be in high spirits.

The first question is a reenactment scene from episode 15. Mr. Chiba calls out to Mr. Obara who is at a fishing spot about 10 minutes away, but what happens as a result? That's what it means.

・A seagull flew over and threw droppings on Chiba.
・Ohara-san called out to me first.
・When I shouted out loud, the seagull answered.

There were many different answers, but the correct answer was, “My voice was already heard before I shouted,'' and no one answered this question correctly.

The second question was about two people who visited Ishii Shoten, which was the model for the Kato family. You are surprised to find something in the drawer, but what was in it?

Mr. Chiba gave us a hint, saying, “There was something in there that I wish we had included,'' and we all responded together.

Mr. Shiraishi's “Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE”, Mr. Hanazawa's “Burnt Catherine”
While there were some interesting answers such as “Exchange notes,'' Mr. Kumagai answered, “Exchange notes.'' This is exactly what it was, and it contained notes on pilgrimages to sacred places by fans of “Summer Poke.”

With the “Sashizume Boys' Team” team leading by one point, the final question came. Here's the promise of variety. “The last question is extremely difficult, but if you have a strong bond, you might be able to win,'' so if you answered correctly, you would win.

In front of Iwata Confection, which was the model for the candy store in the story, Shiroha is a watermelon bar. However, since we were filming on a hot summer day, the watermelon cover I was carrying had completely melted. What did Mr. Obara do when he saw that? That's the final question.

Mr. Takamori immediately raised his hand confidently and answered, “I drank watermelon bar.” Chiba-san can't help but laugh at this answer. After a moment of silence, the VTR restarted, and we got the correct answer!

“Sashizume Heroines'' makes a miraculous turnaround as they are considered worthy of Shiroha's friends. I got a trip ticket to the Great Bird Shirashima Island.

After the quiz, there will be a second reading. Unlike the comical atmosphere of the first time, there is a serious atmosphere with everyone participating. The story takes place one year after that summer, and Nanami, who was supposed to have disappeared 11 years ago, appears in front of Haori and Shiroha, who have become a couple. It seems like Nanami still has something left to do on the island…

A picture book depicting Nanami's unfinished business and “the story of a butterfly that gives color to the world'' that came out of the Takahara family's storehouse. From there, a recitation unfolded that reached a moving climax.

After the reading ended, the stage went dark and artist Konomi Suzuki appeared. They sang “Finisterar'' and “Lasting Moment'' with all their might, and the audience responded by waving their blue psylliums wildly.

After the singing, the cast members also took to the stage to reflect on the live singing and reading. First of all, Suzuki said, “It's the first new Summer Poke song in seven years. I was happy to be able to deliver it to everyone.'' Regarding the reading, the cast members rubbed their eyes and said, “Both the cast and the audience cried during the reading. That would make you cry.''

The fun party here is finally coming to an end. Each and every one of the speakers expressed their deepest gratitude and gratitude. As we express our gratitude to our fans, we look forward to the day when we can meet again, saying, “I want to see you again,'' “Today is not the end,'' and “I hope you will continue to support me.''

Mr. Ohara, who was chosen as a bird, expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in the work, saying that he thought it was fate that he met Hashiroha, that he gave his all in the anime, and that he felt that way. At the end, he smiled and said, “Don't you want to meet the red-haired girl from “Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE'', which received a big round of applause.

He then commented, “We need everyone's support in order to make it come true. There is no doubt that (“Summer Pockets'') is a break, but I don't want to say it's over. Let's all make our wishes come true. Let's all do our best to meet that child. Thank you very much!'' With that, the “Summer Pockets'' AFTER PARTY came to a close amid thunderous applause.

Summer Pockets

Synopsis

The main character, Haeri Takahara, uses her summer vacation to come to Toshiroshima alone to sort through the belongings of her late grandmother.

When he got off the ferry, which only runs a few times a day, he met a girl.
With her hair playing in the sea breeze, she simply gazed off into the distance… at the boundary between the sea and the sky.
Before she knew it, the girl had gone somewhere, and Haori, feeling like she had been picked by a fox, headed to her grandmother's house.
A relative, an aunt, was already there, and she was sorting through her belongings.
While helping to clean up her grandmother's memorabilia, she is confused but adapts to her first experience with island life.
Contact with nature that you would never have had the chance to experience while living in the city.
It was a life that reminded me of something nostalgic that I had forgotten.

I met a girl staring at the sea.
I met a girl who was looking for a mysterious butterfly.
I met a girl who was searching for memories and a pirate ship.
I met a girl who lives in a quiet lighthouse.

I made a new friend on the island──

I wish this summer vacation would never end.
